Description

The MPO (Multi-fiber Push On) fiber optic connector is one of the MT series connectors. The MT series insert core has two 0.7mm diameter guide holes on the end face of the ferrule to connect with the guide pin.
MPO fiber optic patch cables can be designed with 2 to 12 cores, up to 24 cores, and 12 core MPO connectors are widely used.
MPO fiber optic patch cables are small and high density, and are widely used in applications requiring high density integrated fiber optic line environment, such as data center, FTTH, 40G/100G optical transceiver modules.
